- 參賽者若有個人資料填寫不實、違反著作權法、違反報名須知規定或其他法令者，主辦單位得取消其參賽、入圍或得獎資格，並追回其已領取之獎狀、獎金與獎品；參賽者不得有異議。Participants found to have submitted inaccurate personal bio data, violated copyright law, registration regulations or other related laws, will be disqualified. In such a situation, the organizers will seek the return of any certificates, cash or prizes awarded to the disqualified participant. A decision to this effect is final and cannot be challenged.
