Amber was born and raised in the U.K. After graduating with a BSc in Psychology from Newcastle University, she took a leap across the globe to travel and work in Australia and ended up in Tainan in 2015. There she worked as a teacher and studied Mandarin language at National Cheng Kung University. She later moved to Taipei and graduated with an MSc in Global Health and Health Security from Taipei Medical University.
Amber is all about embracing new experiences, loves to travel, is always up for any kind of adventure. She’s also a bit of a health and fitness enthusiast and is happiest when close to nature or doing something active.
