Julien Oeuillet (曾樂昂) is an investigative journalist with a long international career. He was a long-time collaborator of the Belgian public broadcaster RTBF and the Australian public broadcaster SBS (where he primarily covered news about Taiwan and China), both in radio and television. He has directed three documentaries, for TaiwanPlus and for RTBF and produces a television program for TaiwanPlus. He has also worked extensively in Lithuania and in the Democratic Republic of Congo in the war-torn Kivu region. The radio programs he produced in Australia have been nominated for international awards.

In written press, he has published articles for Taipei Times, the Sydney Morning Herald, the Interpreter, Rabbit Hole, La Libre Belgique, the Brussels Times, FirstPost, and others. He also published four non-fiction books.
