The Arizona-Taiwan Trade & Investment Office said Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC) announced earlier this year that it would expand investment in the United States, accelerating Arizona’s rise as a new hub for America’s semiconductor and manufacturing industries.

The Economic Ministry, in partnership with the Taiwan External Trade Development Council, held its “2025 U.S. Business Day” program on Tuesday. The event brought major American buyers to Taiwan, including Littelfuse, a global leader in automotive electronics; Humax Digital, a top networking equipment brand; and Telamon Corporation, a smart applications provider.
