National Development Council (NDC) Minister Kung Ming-hsin (龔明鑫) will serve as the Cabinet’s Secretary-General and Lai's presidential campaign spokesperson Chen Shih-kai (陳世凱) will become the Cabinet’s spokesperson.

Premier-designate Cho, who spoke at the event, highlighted Cheng’s understanding of Lai Ching-te&39;s welfare.
