Thomas Foguenne is a Belgian-Taiwanese composer and pianist based in Belgium and Taiwan.
He holds degrees in composition, piano, chamber music, and harmony from the Royal Conservatory of Music in Mons (Belgium), where he also studied orchestral conducting and electroacoustic music.
