Amanda Stephens sits down with Fil Leskovsky to discuss the THREE typhoons and tropical storms whirling around the island. In the middle they have a serious disucssion about the state of animal welfare-- specifically a bill which could bring back euthenasia to Taiwan's shelter systems, and finally they end by discussing how one of Taiwan's most famous holiday desserts is less than delectable this year.
