For many, New Year means countdowns and fireworks. But in Taokas Indigenous communities in Puli, central Taiwan, a new year can sound like emalo. This episode of The Untranslatables Project was produced by Radio Taiwan International (Rti) in collaboration with Rising Voices, a global initiative amplifying endangered and Indigenous languages.
