Nguyn liu :

300g thit nac, 1 ming tau hu trng, na ming huyt

ga, nm meo ngm nc khoang na chen, 1 ming

mng a luc chin , 1 cai trng, nc leo 6 chen ,

1 mung nho mui, 2 mung xi du, 3 mung bt nng ,

1 mung tiu, 2 mung dm o, na mung du me .

Cach lam :

1. Thit nac ra sach cho vao ni,  thm vao 5 chen nc, nu khoang 20 phut, xong vt ra ngui, xt si, nc leo ti na mi dung ti.

2.  Tau hu, huyt ga, nm meo xt si dai .

3.  Cho ni ln bp, cho nc leo vaokhoang chng 6 chen nc, xong cho tau hu, nm meo, huyt ga vao nu, nm mui, xi du, sau khi nc  si cho bt nng a khuy u vao, vn la nho.

4.  anh tan trng ri cho t t vao ni, khuy u va bc xung.

5.  Cho thit vao va nm tiu, dm, du me.
